Our Challenges

The Customer Support System was designed to give Covalience clients an easy way to contact us when they have a problem. The design needed to be simple and straightforward, especially if a client was using this to contact us about an urgent issue.

Our Approach

The clean layout and design enable a client to easily complete the form, and to set the priority and response level. For the app, we focused on creating a notification bar so that whenever an urgent customer ticket is created and comes into the system, it activates a phone alarm on the Covalience employee’s phone who is on call so that there can be an immediate response.
